Silje Tendenes is a RIBA Part II qualified architect and member of the Norwegian Association of Architects (MNAL), holding a Master of Architecture and Design (MArchD) from Oxford Brookes University. Her academic and professional journey combines a strong foundation in architectural theory and practice with a focus on digital innovation and computational design.
Driven by a profound interest in vernacular technology, Silje employs parametric tools to reinterpret traditional forms through a contemporary lens. By exploring the intersection of local building knowledge and advanced digital processes, she investigates how historical craftsmanship can inform forward-thinking architecture, bridging time, culture, and craft to create meaningful spatial experiences.
